Brian Compton, CPA
Brian Compton, CPA is the President of Tax Resolution Services, Co. and oversees day-to-day operations, strategy and business development.
Mr. Compton has held key financial roles in a number of publicly traded corporations. He has 23 years of general management and financial experience. Mr. Compton began his professional career at KPMG (Big 4 Accounting Firm) where he was a member of their tax practice - overseeing a broad spectrum of clients - corporate, partnership and individual. Most recently, he was the Senior Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer for Universal Studios Hollywood and CityWalk. During his five year stint with the entertainment conglomerate (owned by NBC a division of General Electric), he oversaw the transformation of the Finance, Accounting and IT organizations and information systems. He has also held key financial positions with Coach Leatherware, a division of Sara Lee and Pepsi Cola Co. East.
He is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He has taken post graduate courses in taxation at the University of Southern California. He is a Certified Tax Resolution Specialist and a CPA licensed in the state of California. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, American Society of Tax Problem Solvers and the Better Business Bureau.
