This course is designed to meet the specific ethics requirements for the state of Michigan. It covers the laws passed by the Legislature, the Board rules, and an explanation of the IRS requirements as outlined in Circular 230 and the Statements on Standards for Tax Services (SSTSs).
This course is also designed to meet the general ethics requirements for CPAs licensed by Colorado, Maine, Missouri, New Hampshire, Oklahoma and various other states.
This course is also designed to meet the IRS ethics requirement for Enrolled Agents.
