This course is designed to meet the specific ethics requirements for the state of Montana. It covers the ethical beginnings, various ethical pronouncements and rulings, and some of the litigious matters that have occurred due to ethical dilemmas.
This course is designed to meet the general ethics requirements for CPAs licensed by Colorado, Maine, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, Oklahoma and various other states. This course is also designed to meet the IRS ethics requirement for Enrolled Agents.
Special Rules
This course is designed to meet your two hour ethics requirement. Our course is
4 CPE credits even though the requirement is for only 2 credits. You can use 2
credits towards the ethics requirement and 2 credits toward your general CPE
requirement.
