This course is designed to comply with the new, Ohio CPE ethics requirement effective in 2005.
Professional Standards and Ethical Responsibilities covers the practice of public accounting and the use of the CPA designation by individuals and firms, including continuing education. This three hour course will also cover peer review and general professional standards such as GAAP, GAAS and tax standards. To completely fulfill Ohio reporting requirements, this course will also offer a look at professional standards from independence through confidential duty, commissions and contingent fees, workpapers and disciplinary procedures.
You will earn three hours of ethics required by the Accountancy Board of Ohio, covering general professional standards, independence, workpapers, and more.
