Important Message
for Certified Financial Professionals
|
Starting in July, the number of Certified Financial Professional (CFP) credit hours awarded to PASS
Online courses will change in accordance with the CFP Board of Standards. After July 22, 2008, CFP credit
amounts will be half the amount previously stated. In order to receive the full CFP credit hours currently
indicated on the course, you must complete the course before July 22, 2008.
Note that this change does
not impact the number of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) hours awarded.

section 10.6(g).
We have entered into an agreement with the Office of Director
of Practice, Internal Revenue Service, to meet the requirements of 31 Code of Federal Regulations, section
10.6(g), covering maintenance of attendance records, retention of program outlines, qualifications of
instructors and length of class hours. This agreement does not constitute an endorsement by the Director
of Practice as to the quality of the program or its contribution to the professional competence of the
enrolled individual.
